For success you have to have clear goals

and you have to become more efficient

To succeed you have to Determine:-

1. What kind of success would increase your happiness

2. What is the smallest amount of success required to make you happy

3. What does internal success like?

HOW TO DEVELOP CREATIVITY

1. Question the Status Quo (Existing state of affairs)

2. Divergent Thinking ( Explore many possible solutions)

3. Believe in your Intuition and Observe Data

4. Consult Mastermind Group

TO BE DECISIVE IN ANY CONDITIONS:

AS

OFTEN ANY DECISION IS BETTER THAN NONE

Note 3: Seven step to negotiate people to do the work

This is my Note No3

To negotiate people at workplace to make them do the work you want them to do ...

Step1: Understand their position

We need to understand the position of the person before we ask them to do the work.

They may be in a higher position then you so the negotiation strategy will change accordingly.

Step 2: Offer them choice:-

If someone is not able to do the work you want , give them the choice.

Step 3 : Make it easy for them

By helping them

Step 4: Leverage scarcity

Scarcity of time or importance of the work/ pressure from higher authority

One of the best ways to leverage scarcity is through limited time offers. Just like in the Safeway ad you saw earlier, when time is scarce, it makes people act fast. After all… They have less time to second-guess and the pressure is on which means they will act sooner rather than late

Step 5 : Perceptual contrast

Different viewpoint to encourage them for work

Perceptual contrast. If we see two things in sequence that are different from one another, we will tend to see the second one as more different from the first than it actually is. This is called perceptual contrast.

Step 6: Dig Deeper to find real problem

If nothing works the ask for the real problem which is making them delay the work

Step 7: Feel Felt Found Method

1. Tell them “I understand how you feel”. This is intended to tell the oponent that you have heard them, and can empathise.
2. Tell them about someone else who felt the same way initially. You’re telling the oponent that they are not alone, and that things can change.
3. Then tell them how that person found that when they did what you wanted, they got what they wanted.

Note 2 : 12 IDEAS TO REMEMBER TO GET RICH

TWELVE STEPS TO GET RICH

1. I need a strong reason to earn more and get successful. The reason greater than reality: i.e. Do it for myself and the peoples I love , Its love that gets me over the hurdles and sacrifices.

2. I choose Daily spending habits:- If you don't control your spending habits you will not be able to Earn more as; A Penny Saved is a Penny Earned

3. Invest First in Education : Education is the basic requirement to success so you have to invest in Education

4. Choose Friends Carefully : If you choose pessimistic friends , Negative friends you will never improve.

5. Don't Listen to poor or frightened people: They will reduce your chances to grow rich

6. Master a formula and then learn a new one: Never jump to new ventures until you have mastered one formula

7. Pay Yourself First : If you don't pay yourself first it shows you have low self esteem and low tolerance for financial pressure you can never be rich ( The world will push you around) So  what can you do:-

Learn Management of Cash flow

Learn Management of  Peoples

Learn Management of Personal Time

Maintain Self Discipline

8. Pay your Brokers Well: This is because you can miss an opportunity to earn more if you don't pay your brokers well , it may be your stock broker/ Property dealer etc.

9. Be an Indian Giver: Give some percent of your income to the social cause.

10. Assets Buy Luxuries: So make assets like a house/ A car / A property by which you can earn rental values for your luxuries.

11. Teach Yourself and You shall receive: Learning Never ends so keep learning and improving

12. Learned Helplessness: If you are feeded in your bed for one month , you will not be able to come out of your bed for your routine works , This is called Learned helplessness as you have learned that without moving from your bed someone will do all of your work.

Note 1 Success formula

I want to share some of my notes to success obtained from lots of books and e-learning courses and motivations speakers videos and other sources.

1.0 VICTIM TO HERO LOOP

Victim always says I can't , but to become hero we will have to say I can

b. Busy Being Busy                to                     Mono manically focused by gaining Knowledge

Victims  feel always  busy so they are  "busy being busy" but are not focused towards their goals
and to become Hero is get focused towards goals, gaining knowledge to improve/ grow/ succeed.

c. Living in past                       to                        Heroic future
Victims live in past they are unable to forgive anyone from the past and they get stuck into their past and are not able to succeed and live their dreams and to become Hero on the other hand we had to forgive the unforgiven to move on our lives towards our heroic future.

d. Release Excuse                       to                     Deliver results

If we give excuses to any work we are giving power to excuses so to become hero we have to detox ourselves from excuses and do small daily improvements to deliver results expected.

 Victims take from world and leaders / hero give to world
